Contact was made with California representative who provided me with both a prompt and courteous response to my inquiry. He supplied me with information on a daily basis and had a schedule with full information within a two day period. Shipment was effected flawlessly and the vehicle arrived by insured carrier at the time proscribed. A followup call was also instituted to assure that all was well wit the transaction.
