Gilbert was great to work with. He was courteous and professional. The prompt pick-up and deliver is probably due to Gilbert taking a reasonable commission and leaving nearly all of the fee for the driver. The first thing anyone should determine when shipping is "how much of the fee goes to the driver/transport company and how much to the broker". Gilbert knows what it takes to build clientele. I'll use him again. Tim
