Excellent communication from Gilbert. The actual trucking company was a little lax in communication, but my vehicle was loaded with care, delivered on time and un-harmed. The only downside was trucker had trailer problem and didn't give me a call to let me know they were not going to show. On the upside, Gilbert was an excellent communicator and got vehicle delivered for quoted price. It would have been nice to know the status of the shipment while it was taking place.
