We are terribly sorry for the damage done to your vehicle, and your car IS fully insured. Please understand that the contract is between you and Dejuma Auto Hauling. The Carrier (Dejuma) has filed the necessary paperwork, and is ensuring all the necessary repairs are completed by a Cadillac dealership quickly and flawlessly.
Again, we are terrible sorry for the damage and inconvenience. However, 5 Star Nationwide is simply a broker that secures truck space for your vehicle. We HAVE returned your calls, and have maintained regular communication with you and Dejuma to ensure all necessary repairs are completed.
