5 Star Nationwide, such a fitting name.

After receiving numerous calls for quotes on shipping prices, I decided to go with 5 Star Nationwide. They offered me the lowest price on shipping, and their representative Gilbert didn't beat around the bush when explaining procedures to me. He was very accomodating, as numerous factors forced me to change the dates of when the car will be ready for pick-up. This wasn't a problem, and when the car was ready for pickup I called and was expecting another 3 to 5 days before it would be picked up. Gilbert called me back and said the car could be picked up that very same day. I opted to have it picked up the next day, and the car arrived within the specified time frame (3 to 4 days).

The car arrived as expected, and Rick, the driver, was very careful with how the car was handled. He wanted to make sure it wouldn't get scratched at the front while he was driving it off the ramp of the truck. Rick told me that he was instructed by Gilbert to take real good care of the car.

This was the first time I dealt with having a car shipped from another state, and I was very pleased with the experience. I probably won't ever use a transport service again, but if I do I'll be sure to use 5 Star Nationwide again. I will even recommended them to people who are in need of a car transport service.
