Our initial planned transport day was cancelled approximately 24 hours prior to the scheduled move due to the pickup point family being suddenly called out of town. After notifying 5 Star, the move was easily postponed for a week and rescheduled. The rescheduled pickup was accomplished about a day early and went smoothly with some enroute delay due to traffic. A reasonable price for the move. All in all, a very satisfactory automobile transport with great cooperation and flexibility.
