I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Gilbert. He kept in touch with me by phone as to time of pickup and delivery. He even called me back after the delivery to make sure everything was all right. The quote of $325.00 was very reasonable. Even though other transport companies I had contacted tried to put down Cochran Transport, i.e. trying to convince me that because of the low price, I would be waiting a long time for my delivery, I found the service to be excellent. I would definitely use them again, and will refer the company and Gilbert to anyone I know who needs a vehicle transported. In my opinion, Gilbert displayed excellent customer service.
