Gilbert was great throughout and Dan with the contracted carrier was good as well. The late pick-up and delivery was not necessarily eithers fault - rather circumstances with other customers drop-offs and pick-ups that delayed mine - and delivery still ultimately did fall within the window I was promised from the beginning (max 4 days from pick up). The price too for the service and delivery time couldn't be beat either. I would recommend them to anyone.
