Called Gilbert. He quoted me a price. I made the reservation at 10:00 am. He called me back at 10:30 with a truck to pickup. Gave me trucker info. Trucker picked up at 11:00 am that day. I called the trucker who said he would have it to me that evening or first thing in the morning. Trucker pulled into my driveway at 11:00pm that evening. Talking with Gilbert was a real pleasure. He told me the truth about everything. Original quote never changed. The whole experience could not have been easier or more painless. Will use again if I need auto shipping.
