Our contact person at 5Star was a gentleman named Gilbert. This guy was extremely helpful. I don't know if our particular situation was out of the ordinary, but for my family it certainly was.
My brother was working in the State of Georgia, ready to head home to Colorado. He was planning on pulling a trailer home behind his truck when-BAM- He was ran off the road and had a headon with a tree. Of course, his truck was pretty well totaled. Gilbert came to our rescue! We needed some way to get his (my brother's) truck and trailer home. Trying to arrange transport from Georgia to Colorado could have been a nightmare. My Dad and I went onto the internet looking for some help. Gilbert called us within 30 minutes to see what our particular needs were. Gilbert found us 2 different transporters willing to get the truck and trailer home. (Had to use 2 because of the weight and length). Things were crazy of course on the Georgia end of the business with my brother trying to get himself and stuff organized for transprt. He had many delays with the weather and labor but Gilbert hung right in there and smoothed the way as best as he could. Once everything was planned and organized the transports went off without a hitch!!! Gilbert was our guy for everything from talking to the drivers, us, payments, and transportation. If we had to do this again, I would without a doubt get ahold of 5Star and Gilbert to take care of my transportation needs. I really appreciated Gilbert and all of the time he spent with my family, you couldn't ask for anyone better. THANK YOU!!!!!
