I can't say enough about Gilbert. When I had trouble with the first trucker, who kept promising a pickup and never showed, I was on the phone with Gilbert. Within 2 hours, the car was picked up by another trucker, no difference in price, and delivered to me a day sooner than promised! This whole experience could have been a nightmare, but Gilbert turned it into a very pleasant experience!

You may think that just getting a trucker is all there is to it, but think again! You NEED someone like Gilbert working on your behalf. He was very honest, informative, caring and RESPONSIVE.
