Gilbert at 5 Star was a pleasure to work with. I had no idea who to go with because on the surface most transporters are the same. After submitting an inquiry on the internet, Gilbert was the first to contact me. I appreciated his no pressure sales approach. He actually even advised me what questions to ask the other transporters who would be contacting me! After talking to dozens of brokers, we decided to go with Gilbert who offered us the best quote by far. The car was picked up promptly and delivered as promised in excellent shape. If I have a car to ship in the future, I will definitely ONLY contact 5 Star and not waste my time with other carriers.
