Just wanted to give a brief thumbs up to 5 Star. I dealt with 5 Star for the first time recently while having my Jeep shipped back to New Jersey for the summer. This was my first experience using an auto transport company and I was very nervous based on reviews I've read on this and other boards about nightmare experiences, cars being damaged, poor customer service, $ being stolen, etc. I gave a lot of thought to driving back to NJ because of my lack of trust, but I have a bad back and it wouldn't hold up during a 24 hour drive. So I opted to have my Grand Cherokee shipped. I must say that everything went very smoothly and the experience left me with just about nothing to complain about. Anthony handled my order and he took the time to answer every single one of my questions, and believe me I had a lot of questions. Anyway, the pick up of my Jeep was on time, the truck driver was very friendly, reassuring, and answered all of my questions, and the vehicle was delivered on time & in the same condition in which is was picked up in FL. It's good to know that when I head back down to Fl in the fall that I have a company I know I can trust to get the job done again. Thank you 5 Star!
