We called directly to 5 Star Nationwide Inc - 2916 W ROSEMONT AVE SUITE 3 CHICAGO IL 60659 , and we put an order together to move our vehicle. Our vehicle was picked up late and it got late at the delivery point. The vehicle had damage and the driver told us to call Gino and he'll take care of it. Gino never took care of it. The damage is for $789 and we can't fix it because we just don't have the money for it. Gino doesn't pick up the phone when I call from my cell so I went to talk to him in person, then we found out that the address he gave us before is fake. I'm real sorry that we chose to work with Gino, Gilbert and whoever stands behind this company. We will never do business with 5 Star Nationwide again !!!
