I actually dealt with her twice-the first time, she arranged a carrier to meet me at a specific time to pick up a car I was buying in Florida. The transporter showed up exactly at the time we agreed upon, but when I saw that the car wasn't in the condition I expected, I backed out of the purchase. Dottle was on the phone calling me while I was inspecting the car to make sure the transporter made it on time. After that, she couldn't have been more helpful and supportive of the situation. A week later, I found another car in North Carolina and she arranged the transportation. She was on top of the move at all times. Even the dealer I purchased the car from was very impressed with how she handled the arrangements. We had some issues with the first carrier we had arranged, which I had picked because he was the one that met me in Florida, but she found another carrier over a weekend and the car was delivered exactly on the day I had asked for in great condition with a very professional driver. The driver ran into a bunch of delays along the way, but he arrived on time and delivered the car in great condition.

I actually feel guilty for how little she charged me for the services she provided.

Dottie is one of a kind, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. I would trust her hands down with any vehicle I would need to transport and recommend her at the highest level. I spent 15 years as a retail merchandise manager/buyer and have dealt with transportation companies for years, so I am very familiar with how the transportation business works, and I have rarely encountered people as professional as her, and never anybody as friendly as Dottie.
