477 express contacted me and told me that they could transport my vehicle for 400.00 After giving them the 175.00 deposit they were totally unprofessional and disshonest. After a week of waiting and no word on them getting my jeep transported I asked for my deposit back, they told me they don't give back deposits. I felt like I was being held hostage to my hard earned money. Carlos finaly called and said that if I give them 175.00 more they could have my jeep transported........Totaly criminal...I have a construction co. and when I give a customer a qoute and then receive a deposit I do the job till complete, if I were to ask for more money after receiving a deposit I would be charged with a crime (fraud) So it cost me 175.00 to keep from losing 175.00.....These people are running a SCAM !!!!
