This is Carlos Herrera from 477 Express Auto Shipping. I'm the owner of the company and I personally wanted to respond to clear the falsification report of this client whom is being PAID by our COMPETITOR. We dispatched his vehicle on 03/02/2011 to Mobile Transport, Inc. They arrived at pick up location on 03/04/2011 and asked for Helen or Stephanie... They advised the driver that the vehicle was NOT ready, when we were told by Craig himself that the car would be ready for pick up. Due to that issue, the carrier assigned had cancelled. We told Craig about the situation and he kept insisting that his vehicle was ready for pickup. We had multiple carriers interested in picking up his vehicle but every time we would contact Helen or Stephanie at the pick up location, they'd advise us that the vehicle was still NOT ready, what are we to do at this point? We have all proof of this matter. We have the dispatch sheet signed by the carrier and proof that vehicle was not ready at time of pick up. We are a fair company and if our job was not done, we do issue our customers a refund, but in this case our policy contract clearly states that if vehicle has been dispatched, we have done our job to the best of our ability.
