I contracted with 477 Express Auto Shipping in December of 2010 to have a car moved in January of 2011 from New York to Pennsylvania. I dealt exclusively with carlos Hererra. The date was set for pick up. The gentleman who sold the car to me waited all day and the truck never showed. I called the number for 477 Express 9 times and never got a live person, only voicemail. I left 8 messages as to why the car was not picked up and why he left somebody waiting all day without one response. I sent several emails and not one received a reply until I said I would contact the regulatory body and the Miami-Dade DA's office for fraud. I got an instant response after that! Mr. Herrera was none too pleased that I"threatened" him and that he wouldn't pick up my car if I had that kind of attitude. Imagine someone who takes a 105.00 deposit, schedules a pick up, leaves people hanging all day and never returns a call or email and says that I have a bad attitude. It is 5 weeks later and I still have not received my deposit of 105.00. I placed a complaint with the Miami-Dade consumer fraud page and have made some bad reviews on sites about the complete and utter lack of service I received fom this outfit. I did get a voicemail on my cell phone from Mr. Herrera asking why I made a complaint and why i have made some bad reviews of his company. Let's review: took my instant deposit, made a promised scheduled pick up, never showed and answered no phone calls or emails and then never refunded said deposit. Now I ask you, is this someone you would deal with?

let me just advised costumer that this particular client belongs to the competition i did refund this particular costumer his money back but no matter what he will not be happy he continue to call and demand things like free transportation for his family hes is a frustrated indivisible no matter what we do he does not stop to all costumer please one bad apple can spoil the entire croup, refund was done completely his was advised of this 3 weeks ago thank you
