Debbie, I am truly sorry that you feel this way about the services that I provided you with. I am very diligent with all my customers, unfortunately the week that you were transporting your vehicle we were experiencing technical difficulties with our ISP and our phone lines are connected to the internet. When you and i spoke I explained that we needed a 72 hour window for pick up. According to both our dispatch and your review, the vehicle was picked up within that 72 hour window. I'm sorry that I was not able to update you personally. From my understanding, your carrier did follow up with you and kept you updated on our behalf. Should you need our services in the future, rest assured that I will provide you with a discount for the inconvenience and I will also provide you with my direct cell phone number, this way there is no miscommunication.
