HORRIBLE SERVICE - SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!

This was the absolute worst customer service and transport experience of my life!! This comany is a rip off, they give quotes then demand more money or they will not pick up your item, then if you don't want to pay more, they keep your deposit!!
you couldn't pay me to use this company again!!
They are a scam!!

Thank you for the less than perfect feedback. Hayley at 75 Marine made the reservation for a 1996 For E-350 Van Pop-top inoperable. We dispatched this vehicle to Finishline. When our carrier arrived to pick up this vehicle it was an ambulance and had a damaged roof that was strapped down with the pick up contacts straps. (Steve) We were never notified of this damage upon reservation. Although someone agreed to pay Steve for the straps, my carrier was no longer interested in taking the van due to it being a safety hazard. This van was dispatched 2 more times after (Benefield Hauling and Maxx Cargo) Both carriers going out there for pick up to be unsuccessful in loading due to the severity of damage. As far as the deposit goes, we worked on the order and dispatched it to 3 separate drivers. The vehicle was misrepresented upon reservation yet a rescheduling fee was never charged. The deposit was retained because our services were rendered on 3 different occasion. When carriers call in and ask for more money on an order, it's our job to present the offer to our customers. It is not necessary to take the offer however in this case, it was a misrepresented over-sized vehicle and the higher price was recommended. -Yezenia Flores 754-214-4139
