We first of all appreciate Mr. Bates business. He has every right to be dissapointed in the delivery time. We were told by Ambela Inc. the trucking company we hired for this transport that the transport would take 7-9-days. In regards to the two trucks, in New York, specifically metro areas it is difficult for some truckers to manuver 10 car haulers on city streets, The vehicle was on one truck from CA to NY. It was off loaded to a two car hauler for the final delivery. My mistake was not explaining this to the customer that this could occur. The important thing was the door to door service did take place and pick up was timely. Unfortunately delivery was late and we apologize. Trucking delays are a fact of life and they due occur. The broker really has no control over that.
