This review is full a falsehoods, and we appreciate you reading our response.
1- We are broker and that is fully up front that we hire carriers for transport
2- We furnish our clients the checklist required by Matson navigation-NOT US
3- if the customer chooses standard open carrier transport for the ground transport the carrier will wash the vehicle down before turning into the port
4- Matson has cut service to Hawaii to 1 ship leaving every other week. William Campbell 's vehicle arrived in Long beach on 6-13 and sailed on 6-24- its eta was for right after the 4th Of July Holiday- His vehicle was released on 7-6-2023.
ON TIME
5- If the vehicle is dirty inside and is the fault of the carrier we hired we will make sure that he can get it cleaned at the carrier expense- We heard zero about this -
ALLHE HAD TO DO WAS CALL US- IT WOULD BE FIXED
6- we were forthright and honest throughout the process- to say the vehicle was delayed is totally false- We never ever stated there were delays with Matson - to say we lied to him is false since no conversation on timing to place with Mr. Campbell- wenever lie to clients- 18 years if service proves that!
After the vehicle was picked up- We communicate the timing in writing once the vehicle arrived at the port Long Beach
