We apologize for the extreme delay in getting our client this vehicle- The weather and mass volume of vehicles going north was unprecedented. We did all we could including forfeiting our broker fee and refund the client the difference between the open and enclosed shipping. We did our very best and unfortunately we cannot control mother nature.
We were in daily contact with the client but totally understand her frustration. We shared that same frustration
