This was my first experience in purchasing a vehicle that then required transport, but Jeff at 4 Corners Transport Services made it entirely pleasurable and painless!
The auto being moved was a convertible with no engine or working brakes, making the transport of it from California to Maryland somewhat 'tricky'. Within 24 hours of accepting 4 Corners very competative quote to move the car, Jeff called to say he had located a carrier with an enclosed hauler who was ready to pick the car up the very next day. With my permission, the carrier first used a roll-off type tow truck to pick the vehicle up at the previous owners business location, then the car was moved a few miles to where the carrier's enclosed hauler was waiting. Transport from California to my door in Maryland took only 7 days.
On the financial side, my small deposit to transport the car was not withdrawn from my account until after the vehicle was loaded in California, and I paid the balance C.O.D. after inspecting it's condition upon delivery at my door - just like my contract with 4 Corners stated.
If I had to transport another vehicle tomorrow, I'd call Jeff at 4 Corners Transport Services.
