This was the first time I've ever had to transport a vehicle. Very nerve wrecking procedure. However, upon speaking with Jeff and Ellen. I knew this was the right company to use. Very honest and direct customer service. My vehicle made it to Anchorage, as promised. Time and price were as discussed and promised. We were advised to stay within the guidelines of transporting, we shipped my vehicle "empty" of personal good. Would have been nice to be able to ship my flat screen TV with it. But was advised to ship "empty". When following procedures everything went smoothly. Jeff & Ellen, thank you for all your help and professional customer service.
