It came down to the wire; but 360 Auto was able to locate a carrier and have our SUV picked up in the narrow window that we had available. 360 Auto provided good communication and follow up and worked within our time constraints.

The carrier was courteous and picked up the vehicle on time. They did however miss their estimate by approximately 2 days and communication was sparse throughout. Though when delivered, the driver was courteous.

Unfortunately when the car was offloaded I noticed a knocking noise and it appeared my muffler had somehow disconnected during transport. Granted it was rusted, so not sure how much I can attribute to negligence. I was able to fix it for $65, so not an issue. Also it was quite dirty on the outside and it appears the corvette that was transported above had leaked oil on the roof. Nothing a good wash couldn't take care of.

Other than that, the car was in good working order and the odometer was the same as when i left it.

All in all I would definitely use 360 Auto to source our next delivery.
