Took my car for a 400 mile Joy Ride!!

I am VERY disapointed in the transport of my auto. We were very thorough at the time of pickup and took pictures of our car both inside and out. Including the mileage. I totally recommend that you do this in the event that what happens to me happens to you. When we received our car at the pickup location there was 400 EXTRA miles on it that noone can explain and will do NOTHING to help us. I have made several phone calls and written several emails to resolve this matter. No full refund, No partial refund, No refund for gas, No refund for wear and tear. Nothing! They went as far as to not BELIEVE me even with the pictures that I emailed! We have no choice but to take legal action for our money back. Do not use 360 Transport unless you want uncaring customer service and to have you car used as a Joy Ride!! You'll see this review under both 360 company names because they are the same company listed twice.

This customer has completely misrepresented our efforts to address her concerns. Although the dispute in this matter was between the Customer and the Carrier (Yoshka Trucking). 360 Auto Transport did everything possible to bring the parties together for a resolution. Contrary to the statements in the review we received emails from the customer thanking us for our concern and follow up and although Yoshka trucking had a proven reputation for reliability we haven't used them since the incident. We regret to learn that this customer is unhappy with our service as we have facilitated an agreement to both parties satisfaction. Our sister company, 360 Transport (carrier) has a reputation for exceptional customer service and we are committed to the same level of customer care.
