I was LIED to from day 1. I was ahead of the game, I had initially scheduled the pick up about 60 days in advance. When I placed the order there was no deposit taken, I was told that they would take my $250 deposit about 7 days before pick up. They decided to take my deposit over a month in advance. Well I sold my trailer and didn't need it hauled anymore. Tried to call back 32 days before he scheduled date and was told it was no problem to cancel. 20 calls and 10 emails later now i only received a partial refund as they "dispatched" their driver (30 days in advance). FROM WHERE ANTARCTICA??? John the owner lied, so did Joyce, and Dan and Mike were no better. USE ANYONE ELSE. Filing a complaint with the AG's office.
