After a regrettable incident with another transport company, I called 2 J's and was terrified that all transport companies were bad at communication and good at lying. Quite the opposite with 2 J's. I explained my situation and asked when was the soonest they could pick up my vehicle and they explained everything and were always available to answer my calls/return my emails, etc. My truck arrived safely, on time, and in great condition, courtesy of a very nice and professional driver. I wish I had contacted 2J's in the first place and saved myself a lot of headaches. Highly recommend!!
