I am very pleased with the auto transportation services offered by 1st Class Auto Transportation, Inc. through the arrangements made with Allan Jones. I needed to have my daughter’s car transported from Connecticut to California after she graduated. This was my first time ever having an auto transported cross country. Mr. Jones professionally and patiently answered all my 101 questions and explained the transporting process from beginning to end. The delivery rates were very reasonable as well. Mr. Jones followed up and was always available which eliminated concerns. The estimated delivery time was 7 to 10 days. The car was picked up at my daughter’s residence and arrived in California in 7 days and delivered directly to my residence based on my schedule which was a few more day due to my work schedule. The shipping company was nice enough to accommodate this so my work schedule was not interrupted. The shipping company he assigned was equally knowledgeable and easy to reach for tracking/delivery of my automobile. The overall service was professional and accommodating. I would give high recommendations for using 1st Class Auto Transportation, Inc. and will be using them again for future auto transporting short or long distance.
