If i have to sum up in 2 simple words?..."ROCKSTAR Performance" To me... the sales guy, The Cust support guy who gave the first update, Then the Guy who answered my call and Instantly had the right guy with info calling me right back.. To me... Each one of them is a "Rock Star...In their own way !!" I am in Customer support myself...for over 27 years and i was on the other side of the table for a change It was a FLAWLESS-EXECUTION !! Straight A
