My vehicle was supposed to be picked-up on 04/26/2017 in the afternoon or as late as the morning of 04/27/2017. Well, it never happened! I didn't even receive a phone call. I called and spoke with John Garcia and was told the truck had mechanical problems ...the clutch went out. Yeah right! John told me they had their own network of trucks and that it wouldn't be going on "The Board" (Central dispatch or something) When I spoke with another company that was trying to get my business, they informed me that my vehicle was on the board by 1st Class Auto Transportation. Go figure! Funny thing is, I told my wife I think this guy (John Garcia) is B.S.infg me and that I would probably get some story that the truck broke down or was too full or something. Looks like I hit the nail on the head. In short...Don't waste your time with these guys, especially if you're needing your vehicle by a certain time.
