Don't waste 1 second of your time with this useless transport company or I should just say someone that represents them in a negative light. I've been talking to Jacob for the past 4 weeks to get some cars shipped from KS with pickup scheduled for Jan 27th.

The morning the cars were supposed to be picked up he makes up an excuses that the drivers lift gate was broken (enclosed trailer) said the driver was working to get it fixed but would let me know within the hour.

I end up waiting 3 hours and after not being able to get in touch with him I started to get different quotes from other companies. He eventually calls me back after he sees my name come on their board and the companies that are bidding on shipping my cars.
He starts giving me a hard time and simply says I should go with someone else, I asked him if the driver fixed his lift gate and he says yes but continues to have an attitude saying i should use a different company now. Basically 4 weeks of communication and he couldn't give 2 sh#&s about honoring our agreement the morning the cars were supposed to be on the road.

The only thing I could think of is that he quoted me too low of a price compared to a few others and his driver said screw that, instead of saying hey can we charge you a bit more, we made a mistake on your initial quote I wouldn't have hesitated because I've been waiting over a month for this day and needed these cars picked up while I was there..

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life and will make sure everyone knows not to use them going forward.
Do not get enticed by their low prices and do not talk to Jacob because you will be let down big time!!!
