This is the only time I have ever used a service to transport a car. My husband tried to drive our son's car to him from Virginia to Texas, and had car trouble in Arkansas. Rather than give-up on the car, we decided to have it transported back. When I googled for a quote, I had an overwhelming number of responses. Phillip Smith was the first to call, and his professionalism and straightforward information impressed me. I took several other calls, then decided on 1st Class Auto Transportation. The service was prompt and he stayed in communication with me. I received prompt emailed receipts for payments which I found reassuring. The driver I had was also courteous and professional and stayed in communication so I knew the status of my car. He was also very fast - my car arrived in two days! I would highly recommend 1st Class Auto Transportation!
