For the sake of fairness to all parties involved I must report that Josh Dollar is now actively involved in the positive resolution of the issue I described in my post below. After contacting again Lamb Transport (he obviously has access to phone numbers that I don’t have), he went so far as to give me his personal cell phone number in order to keep him updated on the delivery of this vehicle. He is obviously concerned with producing a good customer experience – and I am appreciative of his efforts.
I will report back as to whether the new promised delivery date (window) is met. As posts on this site can't be removed or edited (I tried), I will generate a new entry in the near future to describe the latest course of events.
