Called 1st Choice on May 9th after my original company kept giving me the runaround regarding pickup date. 1st Choice called me back that afternoon with a pickup for May14 and the driver showed up around noon on May 14. He was very professional and had me wait inside the house since it was pouring rain and he didn't want me to get any wetter than necessary. My car was delivered to my hotel a day later than expected but the dispatcher called to notify me that the driver was nearby. Very happy with the entire transaction. Would use again.
