Just a brief note to let you know how pleased I was with the transport of our 2000 VW Cabrio from California to Virginia. Scheduling was excellent. I called on Monday, the car was picked up on Wednesday and arrived in Virginia on Saturday.
The drivers, Simeon and Shannon were top notch. They were courteous, friendly, and extremely willing to do whatever they could to make this a pleasurable experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
In an industry that has not had the best of reputations, it is good to know that there is at least one honest company that strives to put customer satisfaction first. Especially at a reasonable price.
Should we ever need to transport another vehicle, you will definitely be our choice.
