The car was picked up just 2 days after it was available (which was only 3 days after I placed the order). The driver was a little later than he said he would be picking up the car but he did call and give a lot of notice before he picked it up. Arrival was right on time, again with plenty of notice. The car was in the same condition it was in when it was picked up. Eric and the driver were both very nice and helpful. 1st Call was also by far the cheapest quote I received. The entire process was very easy and stress-free and I would definitely use 1st Call Auto Haul again!
