I was in need of a reliable transport company to ship my 1969 Mach1 Mustang from Nevada to Virginia Beach, VA. After having a less than pleasant experience with the first company I contacted, I was left to find another company that would keep there word. Once I read the transport reviews on this site, I found that 1st Call Auto Haul was a reputible mention many times here. I called and spoke to Eric and explained to him my situation that I was going through with the other company. He was very friendly and gave me a reasonable quote to have my vehicle shipped.
I can not explain enough how much this particular vehicle means to me and my family and I was on pins and needles from the very beginning thought of having it shipped across country. Eric assured me that my vehicle would be loaded and delivered within a reasonable amount of time. He even sent me the drivers contact info to speak with him directly if I was to have any further question concerning my vehicles whereabouts and condition. The drivers name was Sean and was of the friendliest of persons I have ever met with.
This started out to be a nightmare dealing with the original transport company I had chosen, but once I contacted Eric at 1st Call Auto Haul that nightmare began to become a dream come true! I can not even begin to explain how friendly and helpfull, professional, understanding and reliable they are at 1st Call Auto Haul! It's not everyday that you transport a vehicle across country like I had to but if you do, don't even think twice about who to call. Call Eric at 1st call Auto Haul!! I will never even consider another transport company for my next move!

To Eric, thank you so much for all of your help! You helped bring my dream car home!
