My transport was tough to arrange because of the remote destination and large size of one of my vehicles. Eric at 1st Call Auto Haul explained the issue in detail and worked tirelessly to arrange for a transport. He is very knowledgeable and honest. My pick up was within the window I requested, but the driver arrived at my destination before I did. This made delivery difficult as it was a cash-on-delivery arrangement and none of my friends had $1600 in cash handy. I would plan on this eventuality and possibly have a vehicle transported to a holding facility, or possibly pay up front (although this leaves you with no leverage for delivery of the vehicle). The actual transport company, North West Transport provided a very honest and helpful driver (Joe), who worked with me to satisfy all parties involved.
