From start to finish 1st Call Auto Haul provided me with great customer service and involved me in every step of my auto transport from WA to TX. In the beginning stages of looking for a transport company, 1st Call Auto Haul was the only one who took time out to explain the detailed process to me even with their busy schedules. Even though they didn't provide me the lowest rate, I decided to go with this company due to other companies changing the rate on me even after they had provided me an offer. The other company didn't provide me any customer service and didn't take much time to address my transport concerns. After I booked 1st Call Auto Haul, Eric worked with me to ensure my car would be picked up in time and delivered in the expected timeframe. I had many questions along the way and Eric didn't mind to answer all the calls I made and ensured me what all to expect. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend their service to others.
