I contacted this company after another company I hired failed to find a carrier in the 2 weeks I hired them. Eric from 1st Call Auto Haul was always available to answer any questions I had. I had to pay for the expedited service since I was moving out of state soon...this money could have been saved had I gone to 1st Call Auto Haul first. Eric explained the whole process of broker/carrier to me and was able to find me a carrier within a few days and got my car to CA a day before I arrived. If I had to transport my car again, I would definitely call on Eric. Great customer service, no hidden costs, and fast delivery!
