I had never transported a car between states before, so I was very uncomfortable and unknowledgeable about the process. Eric was approachable and professional in my conversations with him. When we hit a glitch on our end with the timing of the pickup, he was understanding and helpful in rescheduling.

The only drawback to this experience was the timing of our transport. Because the setup phase of the transport was in the weeks leading up to and through the Christmas and New Year's holiday, it was difficult to get immediate answers due to the holiday office schedule. That ended up causing us a few days of panic. However, Eric was apologetic and helpful as soon as he was back in the office.

The driver was helpful and even had my car warmed up when I got to the pickup location. That was extremely helpful on a winter night in the Chicago area.

My only complaint about the condition of my car was that it was quite dirty when I received it. This was due to the fact that it was an open transport and there had been snowfall in the surrounding area toward the end of the transport period.

Overall a positive experience.
