We needed to move our daughter's car from Miami to Boston with very little notice. I contacted Eric at 1st Call Auto Haul after reading reviews online, and now I am happy to be able to add a favorable review. Eric provided excellent service. I contacted him on a Friday, the car was picked up on Sunday and delivered in Boston on the following Friday. The car arrived in perfect condition. Eric explained the process, provided me with all the information I needed, and gave me all the contact information for the drivers handling the transport. The driver gave us a good estimate of the delivery day, provided status calls along the way, and then provided us with an accurate delivery time. We decided to use an enclosed carrier and I believe we paid a fair price for enclosed carriage. The estimate received for open carriage was similar to others I received on the internet. We paid the driver for the transport when the car was delivered, and paid Eric his fee when the car was picked up. I now know calling Eric at 1st Call Auto Haul, is the only call I need to make when I need to transport a car again.
