This was my first time having a car shipped. Our plan was to fly to Florida for a wedding and then drive back home in a leisurely fashion. Eric was great and very patient explaining things to me and answering my questions. The actual meeting up with the truck for pick up was a little more challenging than I anticipated, but this was due more to my ignorance. I was expecting an exact time and place, like a train or bus schedule, when in fact the trucker is very dependent on the availability of the owners of all the vehicles he is transporting.

Eric really came through for us though when we broke down in a little town on the South Carolina coast. It took him a few days to arrange transport back to Massachusetts for us because this happened in May when all the snowbirds are returning from Florida. I would certainly use 1st Call Auto Haul again and would recommend this company to anyone who needs auto transport.
