I just had my car shipped across the country and I did a lot of searching before I decided on a company to go with. I am very pleased that I went with 1st Call Auto Haul. Eric was nothing but helpful with everything. I called a few times with questions and concerns and he listened and helped the best that he could. He also never got annoyed with me calling a lot. Also when the delivery date had to be changed he did not get upset or anything like that, he was very understanding. The drivers who actually hauled my car were somewhat of a different story. The wanted us to drive 40 miles to meet them to pick up the car when it is a door to door service. They also called an hour before they were going to be there instead of the 18 hours notice they are supposed to give you. Also they ended up being amost 4 hours late. But that was not 1st Call Auto Haul's fault. If I need to ship my car again I will certaintlygo with them again. Thank you for making it such a smooth process Eric.
