1ST Call Auto Haul was excellent in every way. The response to my initial call was prompt, the cost for the move was reasonable, and the contact person, Eric, was competent, reassuring, and easily accessable throughout the process. The pick up by the transporter [Pioneer Auto Express] was exactly as agreed upon and was on a flatbed at the door rather than having to be driven to a place accessable to the auto hauler. Delivery was early [6 days from California to Maryland] and the car was delivered to my door by the truck driver which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. This was the best auto tansport company I have used. I would use 1ST Call again without hesitation.
