Exc. customer support. It was fantastic speaking to someone who wanted to help me and who did help me. We scheduled a pick up with a different car company before we chose this one. The other company informed us there would be a 3-7 day window. We waited over a month and still no phone call or anything, so we cancelled. I contacted 1st Call Auto and spoke to Eric. He seemed pleased to help me and do whatever he could to get this car to me as soon as possible. Eric kept in contact with me. He was the one to call me and let me know (2 days after the first time I'd spoken to him) that there was a hauler in the area. He was very understanding and kind. The haulers were very friendly also and patient. They were willing to do whatever needed to be done and then some. After speaking to Eric about the haluer in the area and letting him know that I did want it picked up, I recieved the car within one day. Price was great too. A lot cheaper than other competitors! I'm so very pleased with this transaction.
