This is the first time I used a transport company for vehicle transportation. I was shipping a car across the country to my son. I studied the reviews posted for the various transport companies and was less than comfortable that the experience would be a good one. Based on the reviews, I selected 3 companies and requested quotes and selected 1st Call Auto Haul. The price was competitive and Eric was very responsive to my quote request and follow up questions. Eric used TOT trucking company as the carrier. !st Call Auto Haul had 3 transport options and I selected the one which had a 10-day window for pickup. The pickup was ahead of the 10-day window. and three days before pickup, the driver called to say approximately when he would pick up my vehicle. The day before the pickup, the driver called again to say he would be there the next day between 10-11 am. He showed up at 10:45. The driver was courteous and professional. The car was transported from Delaware to Nevada in 3 days. The delivery went flawlessly and the car was in good condition, just as it was when it was picked up. 1st Call Auto Haul did a great job for me and I would go directly to them if I had another vehicle to ship.
