I have an interesting story about my car shipment. I was only going to be at my pick-up destination for a week and therefore had 7 days to have it picked up. I first booked with another company about a week in advance, hoping that my car would be picked up on time. After 5 days of waiting (and 2 days until my flight), I called 1st Call Auto Haul in desparation to have my car shipped ASAP. Eric was extremely professional and curteous and promptly got me a carrier and arranged to have my car picked up THE VERY NEXT DAY! It cost $300 more than the other company, but the convenience, professionalism, and amazing customer service was more than worth the extra price tag. (And this would have been cheaper had I gone with 1st Call to begin with, instead of getting it the day before). Furthermore, it only took six days to get my car shipped from California to Maryland! It was incredibly fast, especially considering that the average time listed on most company sites is 7-14+ days.

I strongly recommend using this company above any others. From start to finish, my business with them went smoothly and perfectly well. One of the best companies out there.
